National Fuel Gas Company (“National Fuel” or the “Company”) (NYSE:NFG) today announced consolidated results for the second quarter of its 2026 fiscal year. SECOND QUARTER FISCAL 2026 SUMMARY • GAAP earnings of $247.7 million, or earnings per share (EPS) of $2.59, compared to GAAP earnings of $216.4 million, or $2.37 per share, in the prior year. • Adjusted EPS of $2.71, an increase of 13% from the prior year.
