o Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant (a) Dismissal of Former Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm The Audit and Finance Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of DENTSPLY SIRONA Inc. (the “Company”) recently conducted a review of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. As a result of this comprehensive selection process, the Committee approved the dismissal of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm on March 4, 2024. PwC was dismissed on March 4, 2024.
