Fourth quarter 2023 net sales were $32.7 million, a decrease of $1.6 million, or 4.7%, as compared to $34.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. • Gross profit as a percentage of net sales improved to 75.4% as compared to 69.0% for the same period in 2022. Reduced supply chain shipping costs more than offset price increases in certain raw materials. • Operating loss in the fourth quarter was $0.9 million, improved from an operating loss of $2.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2022. • Net loss was $1.8 million, or $0.94 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter 2023, as compared to net loss of $6.5 million, or $3.50 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter 2022.
