(the “ Company ”) entered into an amendment (the “Amendment” ) to the Loan Authorization Agreement by and between the Company and BMO Harris Bank N.A., dated May 9, 2022 (as amended from time to time, the “Loan Agreement” ). Pursuant to the Amendment, among other things, the Amount of Maximum Credit (as defined therein) available under the Loan Agreement was increased to a maximum of $111,128,875, instead of a maximum of $95,999,750 in effect prior to the Amendment.
