• Aleniglipron 72-wk OLE: 11.6%/14.4%/16.2% weight loss for 45/90/120 mg arms; >1/3 of 90/120 mg cohorts >20% loss (35.9/40.5 lbs).
• Placebo crossover with 2.5 mg start: 9.0% (22.7 lbs) at 36 wks; <5% discontinuation due to AEs; improved GI tolerability.
• Phase 3 ACCOMPLISH-1 (3,600) and -2 (1,100) enrolling; topline 2H 2028. ACCG-2671 MAD topline 1H 2027.
• Q4 2026 readouts: body composition, T2DM, and SWITCH trial results.
