Navitas Semiconductor Corp
- Navitas closed its previously announced acquisition of Claros, Inc. on Oct. 6, 2026; the merger agreement was dated Aug. 24, 2026. Deal value was not disclosed.
- Claros' IVR technology (pIVR, eIVR, PowerArray) integrates power, control and passives to enable Vertical and Embedded Power Delivery to the xPU; Dan Kultran becomes VP & GM, IVR Business Unit.
