• Muhammad Asif Seemab resigned as President and Interim CEO and Muhammad Umair resigned as Chief Strategy Officer on Nov 1, 2026; both remain members of the board.
• CFO John Szczepanski became acting President and principal executive officer effective Nov 1, 2026 under Article III, Section 5 of the bylaws; no new or modified compensation arrangements.
• Director Kim Roy resigned from the board effective Oct 30, 2026; Executive Chairman Turki Saleh A. AlRajhi stepped down as Executive Chairman Nov 3 but remains Chairman of the Board.
• AlRajhi also continues as Chair of the Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability & Governance Committee and the Human Capital & Compensation Committee.
• The company said none of the resignations resulted from any disagreement on operations, policies, or practices; no permanent CEO was named.
