• Approved issuance of up to 10,554,354 common shares upon conversion of 1,159,880 Series Y Convertible Preferred shares issued May 2024–March 2025.
• Approved issuances of up to 271,819 shares upon conversion of Series X Preferred (298,997 shares) and up to 381,981 shares upon conversion of Senior Convertible Preferred (1,575,810 shares).
• Approved issuance of up to 64,454 common shares upon conversion of Secured Subordinated Convertible Notes issued March 31, 2025.
