- High Plains Partners (SDSP subsidiary) and BP Products North America (bp) will co-own the High Plains Processing facility in Mitchell, SD.
- The $500 million multi-seed processing plant is expected to be operational in 2025 with capacity to process 35M bushels of soybeans annually.
