Cullinan Therapeutics reports positive clinical data for CLN-978 and velinotamig in autoimmune diseases

• CLN-978 achieved DAS28-ESR remission in a rituximab-refractory RA patient, reducing score from 4.0 to 2.2 at week 4.
• First three SLE patients on CLN-978 multi-dose showed safety consistent with EULAR 2026 data; rapid proteinuria improvement supports lupus nephritis trial.
• Velinotamig (BCMA TCE) induced complete renal responses in two SLE patients; SLEDAI-2K scores dropped to 0 and 2 at week 8.
• Cullinan plans Phase 2a expansion for CLN-978 in lupus nephritis in early 2027 and Phase 1/2a for velinotamig in autoimmune cytopenias in Q1 2027.
