(the “Company”), entered into an Amended and Restated Customer Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) with United Natural Foods, Inc. (“UNFI”), which amends and restates in its entirety the Customer Distribution Agreement dated June 21, 2016, as amended by the Amendment to Customer Distribution Agreement dated as of May 25, 2018, by and between the Operating Company, UNFI and certain of its wholly owned subsidiaries.
