OCC Q1 FY2026 net sales up 4.4% to $16.4M, net loss narrows to $0.05/share

Consolidated net sales for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 increased 4.4% to $16.4 million, compared to $15.7 million for the same period in the prior year. OCC experienced an increase in net sales in both its enterprise and specialty markets during the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. Net sales to customers outside of the United States increased 18.0% and net sales to customers in the United States increased less than one percent in the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, compared to the same period last year. At the end of the first quarter of fiscal year 2026, the Company’s sales order backlog/forward load increased to $10.4 million when compared to $7.3 million as of October 31, 2025.
