(the “ Company ” or “ Trio” ) approved the dismissal of BF Borgers CPA PC (“ BF Borgers ”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. The reports of BF Borgers on the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ended October 31, 2023, and October 31, 2022, did not contain an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion and were not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles other than an explanatory paragraph relating to the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
