• Acquisition unifies North American strategy; concurrent licensing/construction at UIUC (U.S.) and in Canada.
• Expects to terminate Yu Option Agreement and seek return of $250k escrow as Canadian Consents not obtained.
• Aims to become first company to build and gain regulatory approval for a full-scale microreactor in both U.S. and Canada.
