Boost Run signs $525.6M GPU cloud deal with Cohere; rack term ~5 years, service start expected Q2 2027
Boost Run Inc.
- Boost Run LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Boost Run Inc., will give Cohere Inc. access to dedicated GPU cloud computing infrastructure under a Service Agreement dated September 30, 2026.
- Cohere committed to pay approximately $525.6 million over the term, a portion payable as a prepayment; Boost Run invoices monthly in advance for committed-capacity and supplemental service fees.
- Each rack's term is about five years, starting when Cohere accepts that rack; acceptance of the initial infrastructure is currently expected to begin in the second quarter of 2027.
- If minimum infrastructure isn't accepted by July 15, 2027, Cohere may terminate and get prepaid amounts refunded; Boost Run Inc. guarantees refunds up to the prepayment received.
- The Agreement does not automatically renew, runs until all orders expire or terminate, and bars liens on Boost Run equipment; Cohere must meet sanctions/KYC resale conditions on any direct resale.
