Fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results Licensing and collaboration revenue: Revenue from Caribou’s licensing and collaboration agreements was $3.9 million for the three months ended December 31, 2025 and $11.2 million for full year 2025, compared to $2.1 million and $10.0 million, respectively, for the same periods in 2024. The increase for full year 2025 was primarily driven by a net increase in revenues related to prior licenses of certain of Caribou's intellectual property to third parties.
