• Board appointed Todd Abbott Managing Director in addition to CEO, effective Oct 19, 2026; he was also named a Class II director with term expiring at the 2028 annual meeting.
• Abbott became CEO in January 2026; the appointment formalizes his executive leadership at Board level as Tamboran shifts from appraisal into development of the Beetaloo Basin.
• As an executive director Abbott receives no additional Board compensation; the company will enter an indemnification agreement in the form attached to its FY2026 Form 10-K.
• Chair Richard Stoneburner cited Abbott's 25+ years of upstream oil and gas experience and capital discipline; Abbott noted recent first gas sales from the Beetaloo to the Northern Territory market.
