AbCellera announces $56M upfront collaboration with Jazz Pharma for T-cell engager antibodies

• Up to $792M per program in option fees and milestones plus mid-single to low-double-digit royalties on net sales.
• Collaboration targets gastrointestinal cancers and other solid tumors using AbCellera's T-cell engaging multispecific platform.
• Jazz holds exclusive worldwide rights to develop and commercialize after exercising option for each program.
• AbCellera may also conduct IND-enabling studies and manufacture clinical supply for programs under the collaboration.
