Navitas partners with PSMC for 200mm GaN production; TSMC to exit GaN by July 2027

• TSMC, Navitas' sole GaN wafer source, will cease GaN production in July 2027.
• New partnership with Powerchip (PSMC) for 200mm GaN-on-Si production at Fab 8B in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
• Initial device qualification expected Q4 2025; 100V GaN production in 1H26, 650V transition over 12-24 months.
• 180nm CMOS process targets improved performance, cost, and yields for AI data centers, EVs, solar, and appliances.
