(the “Company”) appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP (“Deloitte”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the Company’s fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and on the same day voted to approve the dismissal of EY as its independent registered public accounting firm.
