EVP & General Counsel Michelle Basil to depart Haemonetics by Oct 31, 2022

HAEMONETICS CORP

• Michelle L. Basil, EVP and General Counsel, will transition from Haemonetics effective October 31, 2022.
• She will remain in her role through the Retention Date to ensure a seamless transition while a successor is sought.
• Under the Agreement, she will receive a $500,000 retention bonus if she stays through Oct 31 without resignation or cause termination.
• Her base salary continues unchanged and outstanding equity awards vest through Retention Date; she will not receive FY2023 short-term incentive bonus.
