Mid Penn and Brunswick receive all regulatory and shareholder approvals for merger; expected close Q2 2023

Proposal 1 : To approve and adopt the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated December 20, 2022 (the “Merger Agreement”), by and between Mid Penn and Brunswick Bancorp (“Brunswick”), which provides for, among other things, the merger of Brunswick with and into Mid Penn. The shareholders approved and adopted the Merger Agreement. The shareholders approved the amendment.
