Effective October 30, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Carriage Services. Inc. (the “Company”), on the recommendation of the Board’s Audit Committee, approved various amendments to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”), which applies to all directors, officers and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries.
