Procaccianti Hotel REIT stockholders re-elect five directors at 2022 annual meeting

On December 22, 2022, Procaccianti Hotel REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the meeting, the Company’s stockholders voted to re-elect five directors to the board of directors of the Company to hold office until the 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualify.
