Appointment of the Company’s Auditor Proposal 2 was a proposal to approve the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditor for the Company to hold office until the close of the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the authorization of the Board to fix the auditor's remuneration.
