(the “Company”) notified the Staff that it currently does not satisfy Listing Rule 5550(a)(3), which requires that the Company have at least 300 “Public Holders” (as defined in Listing Rule 5005(a)(36)) for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market (the “Minimum Public Holders Rule”).
