Solid Power stockholders elect three Class II directors, ratify auditor, approve say-on-pay at 2026 annual meeting

On May 20, 2026, Solid Power, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders. Of the 224,519,421 shares of common stock entitled to vote at the annual meeting, 116,367,028 were voted. At the annual meeting, the stockholders elected the three individuals nominated to be Class II directors, ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers.
