Hercules Capital files to sell up to 25M shares via at-the-market equity distribution agreements

• Entered equity distribution agreements with JMP Securities and Jefferies for ATM sales of up to 25,000,000 shares of common stock.
• Sales agents will receive commission of up to 2.0% of gross sales price for shares sold.
