• Field currently produces 108 BOPD from 19 wells; estimated $1.2M net annual cash flow; 210M barrels OOIP, 30M produced so far.
• EON plans to return 30 idle wells to production within a year, aiming to double or triple output.
• Also entered Master Services Agreement with Corsair Well Services for workover services: $500K cash plus 1M shares for initial 4-month period.
