Five Star Bancorp shareholders elect all 11 director nominees, ratify auditor at annual meeting

On May 18, 2023, the Company held its Annual Meeting; 14,760,979 shares were represented by proxies or voted at the Annual Meeting, or 85.53% of the total shares outstanding. At the Annual Meeting, shareholders elected all of the 11 director nominees named in the Company’s 2023 Proxy Statement for a one-year term until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and to serve until his or her successor is elected and qualified; and ratified the appointment of Moss Adams LLP as the Company’s Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
