(the “Company”) received a letter from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff (“Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) therein stating that due to the resignation of Yih-Yu (“Grace”) Lei from the Company’s Audit Committee of the Board of Directors (“Board”), the Company no longer complies with Nasdaq’s audit committee requirement as set forth in Listing Rule 5605. As previously reported by the Company on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on July 28, 2023, Ms. Lei resigned as a member of the Board on July 27, 2023.
