Lyft adopts Employee Incentive Compensation Plan for named executives and other employees

Lyft, Inc.

• Board approved plan on July 24, 2025, covering all employees including named executive officers.
• Named executives: CEO David Risher, CFO Erin Brewer, Chief Legal & Business Officer Lindsay Llewellyn.
• Plan provides performance-based cash or equity incentive awards; administrator has discretion to modify awards.
• Actual awards paid from bonus pool; participant must be employed through payment date unless administrator decides otherwise.
• Plan remains in effect until terminated; administrator may amend, suspend, or terminate at any time.
