On June 4, 2026, Mr. Jordan Krugman gave notice to the Invesco Galaxy Bitcoin ETF that he is resigning from all positions at Invesco Capital Management LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates, including his position as a member of the Board of Managers of the Sponsor, effective as of the close of business on August 3, 2026.
On July 30, 2024, Invesco Group Services Inc., the sole member of the Sponsor, appointed Ms. Melanie Ringold to replace Mr. John Zerr as a member of the Board, effective July 31, 2024.
On July 29, 2024, Mr. John Zerr announced that he will be retiring from his positions with Invesco Ltd. and its affiliates, effective January 1, 2025.
