(the “Company”) received two letters from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that we are not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules 5450(a)(1) and 5450(b)(2)(A). In the Notice, the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department notified us that, for the 30 consecutive business day period between May 14, 2025 through June 27, 2025, our ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Ordinary Shares”), had: (a) not maintained a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share required for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market pursuan
