Samsara CRO Andy McCall resigns, will advise through 2023

On June 29, 2023, Samsara Inc. (the 'Company') entered into a consulting agreement (the 'Consulting Agreement') with Andy McCall pursuant to which Mr. McCall will provide advisory services to the Company following his previously disclosed resignation from his position as Chief Revenue Officer of the Company, effective July 30, 2023.
