On June 27, 2024, Dr. Donald Mowbray, a current member of the Board of Directors of Sono-Tek Corporation (the “Company”) notified the Company that he will not stand for reelection to the Company’s Board at the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders which is scheduled to be held on August 22, 2024.
Dr. Coccio indicated that he intends to step down as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer effective as of December 31, 2023.
Dr. Coccio further indicated that he intends to recommend that Steve Harshbarger, the Company’s current President and Chief Operating Officer, be appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer as of December 31, 2023.
